Hi Warren
Apologies in the delay in getting back to you, I was away all last week unexpectedly
I have discussed your request with Vanessa today and she has suggested would you like to come in for a meeting and a chat regarding this or would you prefer a facilitated meeting by an independent party which would be Fairway Resolution?
Thanks
Amanda

Amanda, At the review last week I spoke to Vanessa about my email to you last year of
For my Vocational independence I would like ACC to fund my legal fees to assist in my training to become a good ACC advocate. Vanessa did not think this was unreasonable, . what are your views ??
I need to up grade my computer about 650-700, Brookers 850.00 and mentoring with J M Law, Jonathon has been a great help. cost all up about 23 – 2500.00 this with my golf will give me a income and get me out there.
I am to young to give up on life, my fight with ACC over the last 24 years has cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in one way or another to get a fair deal, I am not going away, I want to be an advocate to fight for claimants rights
( If its not fair its not justice )
I look forward to your reply
Many thanks Warren
